Maite Nadal Charco
Maite specializes in Procedural Law with expertise in all types of Civil Property Law and national and international arbitration proceedings.
She also has developed her professional practice in Sports Law with experience in the following: negotiating and drafting contracts with Sports Federations, sponsorships, and so forth; and providing advice to clients (athletes, agents, public and private sports institutions, audiovisual and sports management companies) regarding image rights, television rights, sponsorships, etc.
She has represented clients before courts and within arbitration proceedings, both national and international (TAS/CAS).
She is an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration for Sport and a member of the National Court of Appeals and Discipline of the Royal Spanish Automobile Federation.
Maite combines her professional duties with teaching national and international Master’s courses in subjects concerning the procedural aspects of sports law.

Founding partner of “NF sports law”, a firm specializing in Sports Law contracting and litigation.
Previously served as head of the procedural department in the firm “TEBAS & COIDURAS – SPORT LAW.”

Official Master’s degree in Research. Doctorate program entitled “Labor Law and Social Security according to Case-Law.” Currently working on doctoral thesis.
