Antonio Bartolomé

Antonio Bartolomé Martín has been working for more than 25 years as an expert lawyer specializing in Labor Law, Social Security and Labor Relations, for both individuals and collectives.
He also has broad knowledge of Senior Management and extensive practice working with the special characteristics of contracts with Executive Directors.
Throughout his career, he has provided strategic advice on all kinds of labor issues to important national and multinational companies.
He has broad and recognized experience as an attorney in legal proceedings, appearing before all instances of the labor courts (first instances, High Courts of Justice, National Courts and Supreme Court).
He has participated in several relevant restructuring and collective bargaining processes.
He has headed labor-related work for the legal design phase of well-known corporate restructuring, commercial operations and M&A processes and has also participated in due diligence processes and in the preparation and negotiation of labor issues affecting commercial contracts.

Before joining Laffer Abogados in November 2018, Antonio developed his professional career as a partner in the Labor Department at DPMG Abogados for more than 6 years.
Prior to that, he worked as a partner in the Labor Department of the Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira law firm for 9 years.

Antonio Bartolomé has taught classes in various Master’s degrees and participated as a speaker in many seminars related to Labor Law. He has written articles in different specialized media.
