  • Drafting of construction contracts and contracts with building agents.
  • Drafting and negotiation of real estate contracts: sale-purchase, leasehold estates, creation of easements, leases, commodatum, precarious loans, declaration of new constructions, division of property –special property, allocation of uses, mortgages, etc.
