José María Jiménez Sanz specializes in corporate law, M&A and commercial contracting, directing the legal departments of several companies in the industrial, commercial and service sectors as well as coordinating M&A, business group restructuring, joint venture and due diligence processes.

Previous experience

He has developed his professional career for more than 20 years as directing partner of the commercial department of Lexfín Abogados, advising affiliates of multinational groups in Spain and acting as Secretary of the Board and Legal Counsel for several companies in the food, chemical, franchising, distribution and environmental project management industries.
