Luisa López Hernández

Luisa López has developed her career offering tax advice to companies, national and multinational groups as well as families and individuals.

Her expertise is focused on corporate taxation, acquisition and restructuring processes, transfer prices, inspections, fiscal planning and assets management.

Previous Experience

Before joining Laffer Abogados, Luisa developed her career at Landwell (Pwc) and Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira. Luisa was also part of the KPMG’s Transfer Pricing Department and was the Technical Manager of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors.

Educational Activity

She is a regular lecturer for taxation training courses organized by the Financial Studies Foundation (Higher Program for Asset Management Qualification, Fiscal Planning and Assets Management, 2015 Tax Reform). She also coordinates the tax module of ISDE’s Master’s in Legal Practice and lectures several courses at the same center.
